MoT Console

AI-first capture, backup, and summary companion for Notion.

Quick actions

1) Capture Allowlist

Available Tables

Load accessible Notion databases, expand as needed, and click rows to multi-select (parents do not auto-select children).

(No tables loaded)

Manual override (optional): enter Notion database IDs (one per line), then save.

(No allowlist IDs)

Account + Credentials

Google login, Notion OAuth, app token, timezone, and local MoT reset controls.

Google Account (Checking...)
Notion Account (Checking...)
App Token
Shortcut Timezone
Used by shortcut form date/time and macro helpers.
Default: America/Los_Angeles.
MoT Data
Clear MoT stored data for your current user (does not delete your Notion data).

Rules

Configure AI behavior before capturing or summarizing. Rule priority: Shortcut overrides Table Rule overrides Global Rule.

Capture Shortcuts

Shortcuts are reusable workflows: choose a target database, then add a prompt hint and optional property directives. In AI Capture, selecting a shortcut applies it automatically.

(No shortcuts yet)

Global Rules

Global defaults for AI Capture and Summaries.

AI Table Rules (Capture)

These rules apply to AI capture proposal + commit behavior.

Click a property to configure required/default/fixed rules. For dates you can default to $macro values like today or now.

Summary Rules

Optional per-table overrides for Daily/Weekly summaries.

(No summary rules yet)

Shortcuts (Templates)

Templates are user-defined forms that also power voice capture. Saving a template automatically creates/updates a matching AI Capture shortcut (id: mot-tmpl-<templateId>).

(No template selected)

Template Editor

Edit fields, required/default/fixed rules, and (optional) page-body mirroring for writing-style templates.

If enabled, MoT will copy the selected property into the Notion page body when committing.

Fields

Required/default/fixed rules are enforced at commit time (and shared with voice capture).
(No fields yet)

Shortcuts (Run)

Run templates directly from here. Form mode is deterministic; Voice mode activates AI capture with the template shortcut.

(Select a template and click Run Form)

Notifications

What this does: this is your Goals Hub — it combines reminders + game progress so you can see setup, active trials/goals, and momentum in one place.

How this works

  • If DB IDs are blank, MoT auto-detects Activity + Goals DBs from cached schemas.
  • If auto-detect fails, set DB IDs below.
  • Scheduler runs every minute and sends once/day at your configured time.
Auto-detect status: -

5) Gamification

Generate weekly scorecards with streaks, targets, and XP from a source table.

How this works

  • Source DB rows from the last 7 days are counted.
  • Target DB gets a scorecard page on each run.
  • If source is empty, MoT suggests/defaults an auto-detected Activity DB.
